Product Description:

● Characteristics and scope of application:

11Cr17 has the highest hardness among all stainless steel and heat resistant steels, and is used for nozzles and bearings. ● Chemical composition:

Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030

Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035

Chromium Cr: 16.00 ～ 18.00

Nickel Ni: allowable content ≤ 0.60

Molybdenum Mo: ≤ 0.75 can be added

● Mechanical properties:

Hardness: annealed, ≤ 269HB; Quenching and tempering, ≥ 580HV

● Heat treatment specification and metallographic structure:

Heat treatment specifications: 1) Annealing, 800~920 ℃ slow cooling; 2) Quenching, oil cooling at 1010~1070 ℃; 3) Tempering, quick cooling at 100~180 ℃.

Metallographic structure: The structure is characterized by martensitic structure.

● Delivery status: generally delivered in heat treatment status, with the type of heat treatment specified in the contract; Those not specified shall be delivered without heat treatment.
